Ryan, a global tax services firm based in Dallas, and Altalex, a tax and legal services firm in Barcelona are forming an alliance.

Ryan, which has the largest indirect and property tax practices in North America, hopes its international tax expertise will be complemented by the Spanish firm’s tax advisory and recovery services, global transfer pricing, tax administration verification and identification, and corporate restructuring practices.

It is the second strategic alliance Ryan has formed in recent days. On December 2, it announced one with Garnham Abogados, in Santiago, Chile, a law firm specialising in corporate tax matters and foreign investment advisory services.
