Foley & Lardner hires Fred Adam to boost Silicon Valley practice

Foley & Lardner has expanded its tax practice in Silicon Valley with the hire of new partner Fred Adam.

Adam advises corporations – in industries such as private equity, financial services, retail, pharmaceutical and life sciences - and individuals on international inbound and outbound tax planning related to, for example, M&A, post-transaction integration and global project management.

He was formerly a tax partner in the international corporate tax group of KPMG in the US.
