Olin is an experienced tax practitioner, particularly in the areas of international tax planning, accounting and compliance, tax technology implementation, acquisition due diligence, treasury coordination and cross-border planning. He has advised clients on tax-efficient financing structures, foreign tax credit planning, earnings and profits computations, earnings stripping and transfer pricing.
Before Fortune Brands, he was a national managing partner in international tax with Grant Thornton and an international tax partner with McDermott, Will & Emery and Arthur Andersen.
