Bosnia & Herzegovina: Bosnia & Herzegovina ratifies the double tax treaty with Malaysia

The tax treaty between Bosnia & Herzegovina (B&H) and Malaysia concluded on June 27 2007 on avoidance of double taxation and prevention of fiscal evasion related to income and capital has been ratified by B&H parliament on May 3 2012.

In Malaysia, the treaty covers the income tax and the petroleum income tax. On the other hand, in B&H the treaty covers taxes on the income and on the profit. The treaty is generally based on the OECD Model Convention.
