Albania: Double tax treaty with Qatar ratified

The agreement between Albania and Qatar on double tax avoidance and the prevention of fiscal evasion was ratified on December 13 2011 based on the articles 78, 83, points 1 and 121 of the Albanian constitution.
The agreement addresses many aspects including the treatment of income from international transport where the total tax right is given to the state where the air or naval company has its place...
