Angola to set up tax court

The Angolan government has confirmed that it will establish the country’s first tax court within the next five years.
The creation of the court is part of wider tax reform known as the Executive Project for Tax Reform.
A government official explained that the aim of the court is to speed up the time it takes to deliver decisions in tax matters.
