    2. Where can I find my Subscription number?
    Your subscription number appears on the address label of your print copy. It can also be found on your invoice and receipt, it will start with MXT 000...

    3. How do I change the delivery address of my print subscription?
    We require all address changes, including individual names and email address to be submitted in writing. This can be via email, fax or by post, click here for Customer Services details.
    Please state the old address and the new address and most importantly the subscription number to allow us to retrieve and change your details.

    4. I am missing a copy of the magazine, how do I claim?
    Please note, our period to claim a missing issue is within the last 3 cover dates, this is to ensure we have the issues in stock and also so we can look into the distribution. Please contact Customer Services, stating the subscription number, magazine and the cover date of the issue you are missing and we will investigate.

    5. How to order a back Issue?
    All articles are available on the archive section online, if you wish to purchase a past issue of the magazine, please email the Hotline or call +44(0)207 779 8999 with the date of the issue you require.

    6 Can I access my online subscription from more than one computer?
    Yes. If you do not currently have your online access details (username and password) please contact our customer service department. Your online access is based on a username and password and is session controlled. Therefore you can access this from various computers, but the system will permit only one log in at one time.

    7. I’ve forgotten my password or username?
    Please contact Customer Services, quoting your subscription number and the full name of the subscriber. For your security the login details will only be sent to the registered email address.

    8. What is included in my subscription?
    A subscription to International Tax Review includes: 

    10 issues per year of International Tax Review, posted to your work or home address
    An online archive of International Tax Review content going back to 1997

    The latest edition of International Tax Review online up to 2 weeks before the print edition is available

    9. What are the current subscription rates?
    Subscription rates for 2008-2009 are as follows:

    One Year Subscription - £650/€900/$1300
    Two Year Subscription - £1170/€1620/$2340 - saving you 10%
    Three Year Subscription - £1658/€2295/$3315 - saving you 15%

    10. How can I pay for my subscription?
    You may pay for your subscription online by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) or by requesting an invoice be sent to your company. The invoice will state payment options, including details of cheque and bank transfers

    11. What shall appear on my credit card statement for my subscription?
    If payment is taken online your statement will have the reference – "EUROMONEY ONLINE TRAN LONDON". Otherwise it will show - “Euromoney Inst.Investor PLC London UK”. For payments made to an Agency please contact the Agency directly.

    13. What is the difference between a “free trialist” and a “subscriber”?
    A subscriber has total access to the website along with an option to receive all the email newsletters. A subscriber can see all archive content and current issue content. A trialist can only see the current issue's content, and will get one monthly email newsletter along with weekly email newsletters. A registered user will receive weekly email newsletters and will not have access to any of the magazine content online.

    14. How do I confirm my expiry date?
    This can be found on your receipt, which will state the period of your subscription. You will have received a written receipt by post after your payment has been processed. Alternatively, please contact Customer Services quoting your subscription number and the full name of the subscriber and we will be able to confirm this.

    You will be reminded with emails and by post when your account is due for renewal.

    Our credit card payments are handled by our payment department. Datacash, who use state-of-the-art security tools and techniques to ensure that your online payment is completely secure.     Cancellations and Refunds

    19. How do I cancel my subscription?
    We require all cancellations to be submitted in writing. This can be via email, fax or by post. please contact Customer Services
    Please state the subscription number and name and address of subscriber. It would really help us to improve the quality of the magazine if you could tell us why you are cancelling. Any remaining monies on the subscription will be refunded back to the payee.

    24. Why have I stopped receiving the e-mail newsletters?
    Some newsletters are stopped by company firewalls and spam filters, please check with your IT Department about allowing the newsletter through.
    If this is not the case, please contact Customer Services, and we can look into this matter and check when the last newsletter was sent out. We can double check your email address is on the newsletter distribution list
